AlbertHEARNpassed away peacefully at Lakeside Care Home, Watermead, on 14th February 2016 aged 101 years. Reunited with his beloved wife Dorothy after 23 years. Loving father of Marian and Pat. Sadly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral service to be held in the Milton Chapel, Chilterns Crematorium, Amersham, on Monday, 29th February at 11.30am.
